Registered Behavior Technician / Behavior Technician Academy (School Based)

The registered behavior technician will work directly with students in a classroom setting to implement behavior therapy techniques and support functional skill development. They are responsible for documenting interventions, collecting behavior data, and collaborating with school teams to foster student independence.

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and hold an associate’s or bachelor’s degree, or 48 college credits, or pass the parapro praxis assessment. A registered behavior technician certification is required or the willingness to pursue it through the provided paid training program.
