Behavioral Technician - Willing to Train

The behavioral technician will provide one-On-One aba therapy in home-Based settings to children on the autism spectrum. They are responsible for implementing behavioral plans, collecting progress data, and collaborating with bcbas to support families.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and the ability to perform physical activities like lifting and running. Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental delays is preferred but not required as training is provided.
