Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The behavior technician will conduct one-On-One aba therapy sessions with children aged 2-12, following prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans. Responsibilities also include collecting and recording data, writing therapy notes, and communicating client progress to parents and caregivers under bcba guidance.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though a college degree is preferred, and candidates should possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Essential functions involve physical requirements such as lifting up to 30 pounds, assuming various postures for extended periods, and maintaining manual dexterity for electronic data collection.
