Core responsibilities
The bcba will manage and supervise rbts and bts while conducting functional behavior assessments and creating individualized treatment plans. They are also responsible for leading caregiver training sessions and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-Quality aba service delivery.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold a master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field. An active bcba certification from the behavior analyst certification board is required.
