School Nurse- FT- Opportunities Academy

The school nurse administers nursing care within a school system, effectively utilizing the nursing process for student care delivery. Responsibilities include assessing learning needs, implementing appropriate teaching strategies, and using data to evaluate and promote optimal outcomes.

Candidates must possess a registered nurse diploma and current rn licensure in the state of practice, along with current basic life support (Bls) certification from the american heart association. Required abilities include computer skills for data management, effective communication, and excellent organizational and time management skills.
