Lead Preschool Pathways Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for planning and implementing daily classroom activities that support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children. They must also maintain a safe, clean, and positive learning environment while providing guidance to assistant teachers.

Candidates should have previous experience working with young children in a licensed childcare setting and a strong understanding of early childhood development. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a classroom collaboratively are essential.
