Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will provide fun, engaging one-On-One aba therapy to children aged 2–11 by following treatment plans created by bcbas and tracking progress through data collection. Responsibilities also include supporting children in various settings and communicating effectively with families and the team.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or ged, have a valid driver's license with insurance and reliable transportation, and be authorized to work in the u.s. While rbt certification is preferred, the company offers paid training for those willing to obtain it.
