Requirements summary
Candidates must hold a doctoral degree in nursing (Phd or dnp) and possess an unrestricted pmhnp license in minnesota. At least one year of post-Licensure outpatient experience or successful completion of a doctoral-Level preceptorship at the clinic is required.
