Softball Pitching Instructor

Description Frozen Ropes in Natick is hiring part-time Softball Pitching Instructors for players of all ages. We are looking for individuals that want to work at a professional training facility and contribute to the expansion of Frozen Ropes in the Metrowest Boston area. New instructors will be paid during an initial training period.

Responsibilities

include: Baseball and Softball instruction for players of all ages in group classes and private lessons held at our facility and at offsite locations Knowledge of all Frozen Ropes programs Training and adhering to Frozen Ropes instructional philosophies Use of scheduling system to view upcoming classes, camps, lesson and other events, review of lesson notes Use of video analysis system Setting up rental equipment Execution of daily projects including opening and closing procedures with end of day cleanup

Requirements

Detailed knowledge of softball pitching High School or College softball pitching experience Experience as a softball pitching instructor is preferred Willingness to work on a team of instructors Excellent communication skills Enthusiasm and a love for the game Available to work on select weekday afternoons through evenings and/or weekend days
