Youth Development Professional

The youth development professional is responsible for planning and implementing programs that promote academic success, healthy lifestyles, and good character. They must also maintain the cleanliness and organization of the program area while ensuring a safe and fun environment for youth.

Candidates must be at least 16 years of age and possess the ability to remain positive and energetic in a busy environment. Prior experience working with youth is preferred, and applicants must pass a pre-Employment drug screen and background check.
