The bcba will design, execute, and monitor behavioral therapy treatment programs while overseeing implementation by other staff members. They are also responsible for conducting assessments, facilitating parent training, and managing clinical documentation for insurance purposes.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree or higher and possess a valid board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) certification in the state of michigan. At least one year of experience in applied behavior analysis (Aba) is required.
