Behavior Technician (RBT)

The behavior technician implements in-Home and community-Based aba interventions for children with autism spectrum disorders. They are responsible for behavioral data collection, maintaining treatment notes, and collaborating with clinicians to meet client goals.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and should possess experience working with children with developmental disabilities. Obtaining rbt certification within 90 days of hire is required, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
