Oklahoma City, OK 73114Special Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and team oriented BCBA to provide high quality, in person ABA services in a collaborative, clinic based environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments, FBAs, and skill based evaluations Design and monitor individualized treatment plans Run and interpret functional analyses as part of routine clinical practice Provide in person supervision and coaching to RBTs Analyze data and make data based programming decisions Complete insurance prior authorizations, reauthorizations, and progress reports Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families Work closely with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary team members Qualifications BCBA certification in good standing Experience supervising RBTs Experience with insurance based services and authorizations Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills Comfortable providing direct clinical support when needed
