Core responsibilities
Deliver 1
1 direct aba treatment to clients to increase skills and decrease problem behaviors while working under the supervision of a bcba. Support parent and caregiver training, collect data, and document client records to monitor progress and inform treatment plans.
Requirements summary
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field and certification as a registered behavior technician (Rbt). A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and experience working with children are also required.
