Early Head Start Floater

The floater serves as a classroom substitute to maintain program ratios and ensures a safe, sanitary environment for children. They assist teachers in providing quality activities that support the physical, cognitive, and social growth of students.

A high school diploma or ged is required, and candidates must obtain a child development associate (Cda) certification within 18 months. Six months of experience working with toddlers and pre-School children is preferred.
