Young Parent Support Specialist

The young parent support specialist provides home visiting and case management services to pregnant and parenting young families to support their goals in parenting, health, and education. The role also involves conducting community outreach, generating referrals, and providing services in local high schools and community settings.

Candidates must have an associate degree or two years of experience in early childhood development, social work, or a related field. Proficiency in spanish and english is required, along with the ability to lift 40 lbs and pass a criminal background check.
