Violence Prevention Instructor_FT

The violence prevention instructor will deliver evidence-Based violence prevention curricula to youth aged 12-18 in hampden county, leveraging and forging new partnerships with schools and youth organizations. Additionally, the instructor will organize and conduct internal staff trainings across various ywca programs on embedding violence prevention into policies and daily client interactions.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and demonstrate commitment to the ywca's social justice mission, along with experience working with youth, particularly in urban and at-Risk settings. Required competencies include public speaking, group facilitation, understanding of racism/Bias, and proficiency with technology, plus access to reliable transportation.
