Nurse Educator

The nurse educator is responsible for teaching the 32-Hour medication aide course and providing ongoing clinical education to direct care staff. They will also conduct medication administration audits and provide one-On-One coaching to ensure compliance with dbhds and dmas standards.

Candidates must hold a current rn or lpn license in virginia and possess strong knowledge of medication administration procedures. Experience in teaching or staff development is preferred, along with the ability to travel to various service locations.
