What You'll Do

Counsels students to encourage and support student achievement.

Monitors, supervises, coordinates, and enforces rule of conduct and behavior of assigned students and reinforces positive student behaviors in accordance with school and District policy.

Observes, evaluates, reports, and records students' performance, behavior, social development, and physical health.

Prepares educational course outlines, objectives, and materials according to curriculum guidelines or state and local requirements.

Establishes and communicates clear objectives for lessons, units, and projects to students.

Requirements

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field and possess a valid Colorado Department of Education teaching license. Candidates are also required to reside in Colorado and demonstrate a commitment to educational equity.
