Clinical Pharmaceutical Care Specialist (Anticoag/Cardiology)

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and maintain clinical programs in anticoagulation and cardiology. Support pharmacy department education initiatives through residency programs and student-Based services.

Requires a graduate degree from an accredited college of pharmacy and an active florida pharmacy license. Candidates must be able to obtain level 2 ahca clearance and preferably hold board certification in the specialty area.
