Academic Success Coach

The academic success coach provides proactive, individualized coaching to undergraduate students to improve retention, persistence, and graduation rates. They manage a caseload of students, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with campus departments to support academic success and intervention programs.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in education, counseling, psychology, or a related field and possess at least 3 years of experience in higher education student services. Strong knowledge of student development theory and the ability to build rapport with diverse student populations are essential.
