The Administrative Coordinator provides operational and administrative support to the Director of Planned Gifts and the gift planning program. Key duties include managing scheduling, correspondence, travel, event planning, and serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of related experience. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to handle sensitive information with diplomacy are required.
The Administrative Coordinator assists the Director of Planned Gifts and provides administrative and operational support to the gift planning program. The Coordinator performs a variety of advanced administrative duties, including assisting with scheduling, correspondence, travel and events planning, file and database maintenance. This person will also serve as a primary point of contact for both internal and external constituencies.

The selected candidate’s salary will be determined based on factors that include the available budget, internal equity, and the final candidate’s qualifications, experience, education and other job-related credentials. This hiring range is provided as Rensselaer’s good faith estimate of the expected hiring range at the time of posting.
