RN-Clinical Educator - Labor & Delivery

The clinical educator is responsible for assessing staff educational needs and designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to ensure clinical competency. They also collaborate with leadership to manage orientation, provide direct patient care, and maintain departmental standards.

Candidates must hold a valid california rn license and bls certification, with a minimum of two years of recent clinical or educator experience. A bachelor of science in nursing (Bsn) is required, while a master's degree is preferred.
