The Ropes Course Specialist is responsible for planning and facilitating safe, engaging high and low ropes activities while conducting daily inspections of all safety equipment. They also provide mentorship to assistants and ensure all staff and campers adhere to strict safety protocols.
Candidates should ideally be high school graduates with experience leading children or working in a summer camp environment. Applicants must be comfortable working outdoors in a rugged environment and possess strong interpersonal and safety-focused skills.
