Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Pay, Benefits & Perks Competitive pay: $24.00–$26.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 21.0 for each billable client hour worked 20.00/hour paid for all non-billable during training and administrative time as a BT and 15.50 for all non-billable during training and administrative time as an RBT. Position Details

Position Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs Hours are not guaranteed Start Date: Immediate openings available pending successful completion of onboarding and background check RBT Career Path Program A structured career ladder allows you to grow clinically and professionally. As RBTs progress through each level, they have the opportunity to receive pay increases based on tenure, performance, skill development, and advancement within the career path. What You’ll Do Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients Collect and record data to track client progress Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards What We’re Looking For At least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Reliable attendance and punctuality Reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
