The Lead Teacher is responsible for supervising children during all activities and ensuring the center remains in compliance with federal and state regulations. They will also develop and maintain positive communication with parents while implementing effective behavior management techniques.

Ensure center compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations, supervise children during all activities and individualize classroom instruction to prepare participating children to be successful in school.
This is a non-exempt position with an hourly wage of $19.
