Community Health and Wellness Educator - Community Health Education - UH Truman Medical Center (varied days per week; 8:00a-4:30p)

The community health & wellness educator designs and facilitates health education programs to promote physical and emotional wellness within the community. This role involves building trusted relationships, coaching individuals on lifestyle changes, and connecting community members to essential healthcare resources.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience in community engagement or outreach. Proficiency in microsoft office and strong interpersonal skills are required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in a healthcare-Related field.
