Small Group Trainer (YGT Coach)

The instructor leads energizing and safe group exercise classes while building authentic relationships with ymca members. They are also responsible for maintaining equipment, ensuring room cleanliness, and adhering to all safety and emergency procedures.

Candidates must possess or be willing to acquire a national group exercise certification and relevant specialty certifications. The role requires the ability to actively lead classes and maintain current cpr/Aed/First aid credentials.
