Childwatch/YKids Attendant- Trussville YMCA

The attendant is responsible for group control and ensuring the safety of children in childwatch/Ykids areas while following association lesson plans. This role involves planning, leading, and participating in activities, providing motivation, and serving as a positive role model exemplifying ymca core values.

Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years old and possess a strong desire to work with children, acting as a positive role model through warmth, clear instruction, and firmness. Successful candidates must pass background and child abuse screenings and obtain required certifications like first aid/Cpr/Aed before starting.
