Working closely with teachers, the incumbent assists in facilitating hands-on, inquiry-based learning experiences that promote creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration. The role includes providing whole class/group and individual student support, reinforcing literacy and numeracy skills, and helping integrate visual and digital media into student projects. The Enrichment Assistant also helps maintain instructional materials, supports the use of school resources such as the library to expand students’ exposure to STEAM-related topics and careers, and contributes to a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment.
