Education and Training Specialist - CLAIMS PROCESSING

The education and training specialist develops and delivers training programs to improve the quality and production levels of the claims department. They are responsible for coordinating staff education, creating training materials, and assisting with the integration of new employees.

Candidates should possess approximately 5 years of experience in claims operations, managed care, or related technical fields. A bachelor's degree in education is preferred, along with proficiency in multimedia training tools and microsoft office applications.
