Residential Life Dormitory Floor Assistant

The dormitory assistant is responsible for the daily care, supervision, and well-Being of residential students in an all-Female high school setting. They facilitate a safe and structured environment, manage student activities, and provide support for academic and personal growth.

Candidates must possess at least an associate degree and a valid driver's license with an excellent driving record. The role requires the ability to work evening and weekend shifts, as well as the capacity to perform physical tasks like ascending stairs and lifting up to 25 pounds.
