Head Cheer Coach - SMART High School

The head cheer coach is responsible for organizing and supervising practice sessions, managing assistant coaches, and overseeing equipment and uniforms. They must also maintain appropriate supervision of the program at all times and communicate effectively with the athletic director, players, and families.

Candidates should have demonstrable understanding of cheerleading and experience working with students from historically marginalized communities. Proficiency in spanish is preferred, and all applicants must demonstrate eligibility to work in the united states.
