Girls' Volleyball Assistant Coach - SMART High School

The assistant coach supports the head coach in implementing program philosophy, procedures, and norms. They are responsible for supervising student-Athletes during practices, events, and travel while ensuring proper conduct and sportsmanship.

Candidates should have a demonstrable understanding of volleyball and experience working with historically marginalized communities. Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a commitment to anti-Racist organizational practices are required.
