Job description

As a BCBA at Side by Side Behavioral Health LLC, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Conducting behavior assessments (e.g., FBAs, skills assessments) in accordance with BACB guidelines
Developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans based on assessment data
Supervising RBTs and BCBAs to ensure treatment integrity and ethical implementation
Collecting and analyzing data to monitor client progress and update treatment plans
Conducting parent and caregiver training to support generalization and maintenance of skills
Ensuring compliance with all applicable ethical codes as set by the BACB and Medicaid/insurance guidelines
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation for billing, progress notes, and internal audits
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, schools, and families as needed.
Participating in team meetings, clinical reviews, and continuing education activities
Collaborating with teachers and leadership at Silver Lining Learning Academy to align behavior support plans with educational goals
Participating in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and school staff trainings as needed to support student success
Providing consultation to teachers and administrators to ensure appropriate implementation of behavior strategies within the classroom environment
