The bcba will conduct behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise rbts to ensure ethical and effective care. They will also collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

The role requires experience in conducting behavior assessments and overseeing treatment plans in accordance with bacb guidelines. Candidates must be capable of providing consultation to educational staff and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
