Requirements

What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education Valid teaching certification (or ability to obtain) Strong classroom management and communication skills A nurturing, student-centered mindset Commitment to collaboration and continuous professional growth Passion for working with young children and shaping their early educational experiences Pay commensurate with experience and credentials
