High School: Lead Teacher of Coverage Coordination

The lead teacher will oversee and independently lead classrooms, providing coverage and instruction while upholding school-Wide systems and safety protocols. They will collaborate with staff to ensure student growth, maintain accurate records, and foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of full-Time teaching experience and hold a bachelor's degree. Proficiency in google suite and a deep alignment with kipp's mission and values are required.
