Assistant Teacher

The assistant guide supports a mixed-Age montessori classroom by observing children's needs and facilitating individual or small-Group learning activities. They also collaborate with lead guides to maintain an orderly, beautiful environment that fosters child independence and confidence.

Candidates should have experience working with children ages 3-6 in a school or childcare setting and possess a positive, collaborative mindset. An interest in learning and growing within the montessori approach is required, though prior montessori experience is not mandatory.
