Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Conduct one-On-One aba therapy sessions with children aged 2-12 to teach foundational skills and follow behavior support plans. Collect and record session data, write therapy notes, and communicate client progress to caregivers under the guidance of a bcba.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred. Candidates must be physically capable of performing tasks such as lifting 30 pounds, kneeling, and running to maintain safety.
