Building Substitute Teacher

The building substitute teacher is responsible for preparing and delivering lesson plans while differentiating instruction to meet diverse student needs. They must also manage classroom behavior, maintain accurate progress records, and foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Candidates must hold an active and current ohio teaching license and possess a bachelor's degree in education or a related field. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a growth-Focused environment, and the capacity to pass federal and state criminal background checks.
