Core responsibilities
The virtual special education teacher is responsible for implementing and writing individualized education plans (Ieps) while supporting the educational and behavioral goals of students. They will also collaborate with staff and parents, maintain accurate student records, and administer standardized assessments.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold a current west virginia teaching certification and possess strong content knowledge in relevant areas. A master's degree and at least three years of teaching experience, including two in special education, are preferred.
