Student Support Specialist

The student support specialist will coordinate academic and civic integration for refugee students by developing individualized educational service plans and providing case management. They will also facilitate group-Based programming, oversee volunteer mentors, and maintain accurate program data in compliance with organizational standards.

A bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or social work is strongly preferred, along with experience working with at-Risk youth or refugee populations. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in microsoft office, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
