Youth Development Professional (After School) - Elementary

The youth development professional creates a safe, inclusive environment for elementary-Aged youth by facilitating engaging activities and providing mentorship. They are responsible for managing daily operations, supporting academic and social-Emotional development, and collaborating with team members to ensure program goals are met.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma along with 48 college units, an associate degree, or a passing score on the paraeducator exam. No prior experience is required, but applicants should demonstrate high emotional intelligence, integrity, and the ability to work in a fast-Paced environment.
