Core responsibilities
Conduct one-On-One aba therapy sessions with children aged 2-12 while following prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans. Collect and record data, write session notes, and communicate client progress to caregivers under the guidance of a bcba.
Requirements summary
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a college degree preferred. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting 30 pounds, kneeling, and running to maintain safety with clients.
