Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Conduct one-On-One aba therapy sessions with children aged 2-12 to teach foundational skills and self-Advocacy. Maintain accurate data records, write session notes, and collaborate with bcbas to support client progress.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for college degrees and experience in childcare or allied health. Candidates must be physically capable of performing tasks such as lifting, running, and maintaining various postures for extended periods.
