Head Start Lead Teacher Preschool ($5,000 bonus) $26.61-$31.62/hr

The lead teacher is responsible for overall classroom operations in accordance with head start performance standards and early education regulations. They must implement individualized school readiness goals, supervise teaching staff, and ensure a safe, healthy environment for children.

Candidates must hold an associate degree in early childhood education or a related field and be actively enrolled in a baccalaureate program. Additionally, they must possess department of early education & care lead teacher certification and have at least one year of experience in an early childhood setting.
