Head Start Teacher Assistant (Preschool) $5,000 Bonus, $18.42-$19.55

The teacher assistant will collaborate with educators to implement daily curriculum and maintain health and safety standards in educational and bus settings, adhering to head start and eec regulations. Essential duties include ensuring proper child supervision, engaging with families on school readiness goals, performing meal preparation and cleanup, and covering for bus monitor duties as required.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and possess 6-12 months of early childhood education (Ece) related experience. Applicants must be enrolled in a child development associate (Cda) or ece degree program, with completion timelines specified post-Hire, and must meet physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds and engaging in floor activities with young children.
