Professional Development Specialist-RRT

The professional development specialist serves as an educator, mentor, and change agent within their clinical department. They are responsible for providing advanced clinical expertise and supporting the professional growth of respiratory therapy staff.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited respiratory care program and hold current state licensure as a registered respiratory therapist. A minimum of five years of clinical experience is required, along with bls, acls, and nrp certifications as applicable to the unit.
