Paraeducator Pre-K

The paraeducator assists the prekindergarten teacher in fostering a safe and engaging learning environment that supports the social, cognitive, and physical development of students. Responsibilities include supervising students, assisting with classroom routines, implementing behavior plans, and providing individual student support.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged equivalent and have at least 48 accredited college credits or pass a state-Approved assessment. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance and the capacity to work in various school settings.
