Behavior Technician - After School Hours (10-30 Hours)

The behavior technician provides clinical instruction and implements behavior reduction protocols based on applied behavior analysis principles for children with developmental disabilities. They are responsible for collecting and tracking data, assisting with parent training, and ensuring client safety in various settings.

Candidates must hold either a bachelor's degree in a human services field with one year of relevant experience or an associate's degree with two years of relevant experience. Strong organizational and communication skills are required, and a registered behavior technician certification is considered a plus.
